VIJA SPOGIS-ERDMANIS (1938 - )

Vija Spogis-Erdmanis is a Latvian abstract expressionist who was based in Australia for the majority of her painting career. She graduated from ESTC in 1962 from the Design and Crafts Course. She is a printmaker, teacher, painter and designer. She was a prominent painter during the 1960s and 1970s, exhibiting regularly.
