ROBERT SIMPSON (1955 - )
Robert Simpson is a respected Australian landscape painter. Originally known for his traditional, realistic landscape paintings, having read Desiderius Orban's influential book 'What About Art?' (1985), Simpson's style radically changed to emotive abstract landscape. His abstract landscapes are reminiscent of the work of the acclaimed, award-winning Australian abstract painter, Robert Juniper.
