Art Nouveau Vestry Cabinet or Bookshelves c.1900

  

This unique piece was originally a church vestry cabinet made to hold the prayer books. It is solid maple and very slim and tall (requiring a stabilizing point). Its beautiful Art Nouveau elements and removable shelves make it ideal for use as an open display case or for storage of small books, DVDs or CDs.

Late Victorian Elevated Bureau Bookcase c.1895

  

This attractive late Victorian piece is in outstanding condition. Its dark stained pine is French polished with a near perfect glow. It is desirably small with a glazed two door bookcase above a fitted fall front bureau. There is a long drawer and a solid two door cabinet. The handles and glass are original and there are three working locks. It is in two manageable pieces for easy transportation. This exceptional piece is signed by its proud original owner and was obviously made by a superior 
cabinetmaker.
