KEN KNIGHT (1956 - )

Ken Knight is an award-winning Australian Contemporary Impressionist. After working as a teacher in the late 1970s, Knight embarked on a career as a artist in the early 1980s, studying in London, Paris and Amsterdam before returning to Australia becoming one of Australia's most important and sought after landscape artists. Inspired by the Heidelberg Masters, such as Arthur Streeton, Charles Conder & Tom Roberts, Knight's style is a homage to the best of late 19th century Australian Impressionism. He has exhibited successfully all over Australia, NZ & the UK.
