Rudi Caesar is an American Abstract & Landscape painter, collector and teacher, from Chicago, who was based in Papua New Guinea for over thirty years. He liased with prominent Australian painters William Dobell, Paul Jones & Margaret Olley who all enjoyed painting on the islands.
